The new luxury LLANA BEACH HOTEL & SPA in Sal Island Cape Verde,  is located between the five star MELIÃ TORTUGA BEACH RESORT & SPA and the five star MELIÃ DUNAS BEACH RESORT & SPA.

Like the other two beach resorts opened in 2011 and 2014, all kitchen equipment, bars and restaurants were supplied by STERNBLU and included custom made equipment as well as equipment from the prestigious Italian ANGELO PO brand.

The hotel, divided in two areas, one adult only and the other for families includes 600 luxury suites with Atlantic ocean view.

The STERNBLU supply includes four restaurant kitchens, staff kitchen, four pool bars, four thematic bars and laundry.

The work was done by Portuguese expat personnel specialized in big Hotel Kitchen and Refrigeration installations and occurred for a period of four month.

The Service, Maintenance and Equipment Conservation is guaranteed by our personnel, 24x7 all year round in Sal island, Cape Verde.

Two years after opening, the kitchen equipment is 100% operational, mainly because permanent technical surveillance by our technician, living in Cape Verde.
